We ship all products from Poland worldwide within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping cost to whole European Union is free.
Orders from European Union are shipped via DPD Classic (ground shipping). Delivery in 1-7 working days. You can also order UPS Express Saver (air shipping) at extra cost. Delivery in 1 working days.
Orders from United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are shipped via UPS Express Saver (air shipping). Delivery in 1 working days.
Orders from North America, South America, Asia, Australia and Africa are shipped via UPS Express Saver or Fedex International Priority (air shipping). Delivery in 2-7 working days.
LOST, HELD, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We pack all products with great care. Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping company transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for goods damaged due to mishandling during delivery. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MacVidCards Europe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
